Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Engagement: Engaging with customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner, creating a positive and memorable experience. Greeting and thanking customers.
• Menu Knowledge: Educating customers about the Dutch Bros menu and highlighting specials.
• Culture Embodiment: Representing and upholding the Dutch Bros culture in every interaction.
• Operational Excellence: Ensuring speed, quality, and exceptional service in every drink preparation and customer interaction.

Requirements:
• Adherence to Policies: Following all company policies and procedures.
• Reliable Transportation: Consistent and dependable transportation to and from work.
• Food Handler Certification: Possessing a valid food handler permit or certification (as required by local regulations).
