Job Description: Brand Marketing Intern

Job Purpose: The Brand Marketing Intern will support the Gaggenau marketing team in executing brand initiatives, campaigns, and activations. This role offers hands-on experience in brand marketing, digital content development, and trade marketing. The intern will contribute to brand communications and asset management, ensuring alignment with global brand strategy and U.S. market needs.

Job Functions:

• Assist in the execution of brand marketing activities, including campaign coordination and retail/trade marketing initiatives.
• Support the development of marketing materials by collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.
• Help manage brand assets, ensuring consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
• Contribute to digital and social media efforts, including content planning, asset organization, and performance tracking.
• Assist with internal and external communication initiatives, including presentations and reporting.
• Help track marketing performance and compile reports on campaign effectiveness.
• Assist in updating presentations for the training team and help create training presentations for upcoming product launches.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the marketing team.

Job Qualifications:

Specific Knowledge: Currently pursuing an MBA with a focus in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Strong interest in luxury brands, premium consumer goods, and brand management. Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. Team player with a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn.
Education/Certificate: Four-Year College; Master’s Degree: Currently pursuing an MBA degree with a focus in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Pay Range: $16.00 – $21.00
