Job Description: Brand Marketing Intern
This is a generalist role supporting various aspects of the Brand Marketing organization, including: Brand Marketing, Public Relations, VIP Gifting, Paid KOL (Key Opinion Leader), Social Media, and Partnerships. The internship offers hands-on experience across several marketing disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Marketing Support & Research:
• Assists with campaign research, competitive analysis, and reporting to support brand marketing strategies.
• Conducts industry research, tracking trends and competitor activities to inform marketing decisions.
• Participates in brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas for campaigns, partnerships, and activations.
• Event Planning & Execution:
• Assists in planning, setup, on-site management, and post-event wrap-up for offline events and activations.
• Supports event logistics, including vendor coordination, guest list management, and event materials preparation.
• Provides hands-on support during events (setup, troubleshooting, breakdown).
• Collects and organizes post-event feedback for performance reporting and optimization.
• Project & Administrative Assistance:
• Supports the team with administrative tasks and project organization (documentation, schedules, marketing assets).
• Assists with influencer outreach and asset coordination.
• Tracks campaign performance and media coverage to measure success and optimize future efforts.
Required Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in college or university, or graduated within the past 6 months.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with hands-on event execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Familiarity with social media, PR, influencer marketing, and industry trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, or similar).

• Location: New York, NY (on-site)
• Employment Type: Part-time Internship (25-30 hours/week)
• Duration: One year
• Pay: $21-$23/hour (depending on experience)
