Job Description:
The Brand Intern will report to the Assistant Brand Manager and support the marketing team with daily tasks related to reporting, competitive analysis, social posts, content creation, and other marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Help execute Marketing plans that drive brand objectives.
• Assist with social media and influencer content management.
• Help with the development, tracking, and management of marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and agency partners for approvals.
• Help with digital and shopper marketing and develop e-content.
• Partner with the Shopper Excellence team on shopper marketing initiatives.
• Work with the Direct to Consumer (D2C) Manager.
• Manage updates to Kao Mall for Biore Brand.
• Assist with monthly analysis to track & report sales data.
• Monitor/reports Point of Sales trends, competitive activity, and category trends.
• Research competitive propositions, copy, and pricing.
• Understand the competitive landscape and implications to the brand.
• Identify data-driven recommendations to help accelerate growth.
