Job Description: Brand & Content Marketing Intern

This internship is an opportunity to contribute to the success of Disney+ Hotstar in Indonesia. You’ll be supporting Brand and Content marketing campaigns, playing a vital role in creating engaging experiences for audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Brief Development: Work closely with the team to craft compelling campaign briefs that guide the creative process.
Agency Coordination: Collaborate with creative agencies to streamline briefs, manage timelines, and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
Digital Creative Development: Assist creative teams and agencies in crafting digital ads designed to drive results, such as First Stream and audience engagement.
Asset Management: Manage the production and distribution of Brand and Content marketing assets.
Internal Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams to source assets and secure content approvals.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Fluent in English.
• Passionate about movies and series entertainment.
• Strong knowledge of The Walt Disney Company content library, brands, franchises, and characters, and the ability to leverage this knowledge to engage audiences.
• Adaptable and thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Possesses a creative mindset and a results-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Drive, Sheets, and Slides.

Internship Requirements:

• Full-time commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) from January to June 2025.
• Must be an undergraduate student who has not yet graduated.
