Ziplyne is a rapidly growing SaaS (Software as a Service) company specializing in streamlining employee onboarding, digital adoption, and product testing for enterprises. Their platform automates, guides, and improves the efficiency of software training, support, and quality assurance (QA) processes. The company is experiencing significant growth and actively seeks passionate and driven individuals to contribute to its brand expansion, particularly within the San Francisco Bay Area.
About the Brand Awareness & Growth Internship:
This internship offers a unique opportunity to work directly with Ziplyne’s CEO, Rome Chopra, and gain hands-on experience in brand building and community engagement within the San Francisco tech and startup ecosystem. This is not a traditional desk job; it’s a field-based role requiring proactive outreach and networking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Event Representation: Attend and represent Ziplyne at various local startup and tech events, mixers, and conferences.
• Networking Events: Organize and host networking events such as coffee chats, happy hours, or small meetups to connect with professionals and potential partners.
• Prospect Outreach: Actively engage in prospecting through cold emails, LinkedIn direct messages (DMs), and cold calls to schedule introductory meetings.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate directly with the CEO on the development and execution of go-to-market and brand strategies.
• Content Creation: Produce basic event content (photos, short videos, social media recaps) to enhance Ziplyne’s visibility.
• Campaign Development: Contribute to the brainstorming and implementation of local awareness campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualities:
• Resident of San Francisco or the Bay Area with a strong interest in the local startup scene.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident and comfortable initiating conversations.
• Enthusiasm for startups, SaaS, or entrepreneurship.
• Proficiency in cold outreach methods (email, DMs, calls).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow through on tasks.
• Proactive and self-motivated work ethic.
Bonus Skills:
• Prior experience in event planning, social media management, or sales.
