Brand Associate

We are currently seeking a motivated, growth-oriented individual to join our team as a Brand Associate. In this dynamic role, you will serve as the face of our clients’ brands by engaging directly with customers, increasing brand awareness, and driving sales within the local market while building strong client and consumer relationships. We are hiring for IMMEDIATE START within the Charlotte, NC area for this HANDS-ON position!

Brand Associate Job Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with new clients, team members, and upper-level management.
• Execute direct marketing campaigns within partnered retailers.
• Grow our client’s brand awareness in local markets.
• Interact with customers and provide exceptional customer service daily.
• Accurately qualify and inform each potential new customer.
• Track personal and team sales goals to ensure success.

Brand Marketing Associate Qualifications:

• Prior experience working directly with customers and/or in team environments.
• Goal-driven with a strong willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Ability to thrive in both team settings and independent roles.
• Quick to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
