Brand Ambassador Intern

Embark on an exciting journey into the beer industry! We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador Intern to elevate the presence of T.J. Sheehan Distributing. In this pivotal role, you will be the authentic face of our company, responsible for positively representing our brand, increasing market awareness, fostering customer trust, and ultimately driving sales. Your mission will be to embody our company’s identity, values, and ethics, creating genuine connections that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Promotion & Representation: Actively represent the company at various events, including trade shows, product launches, and promotional activations. You will be instrumental in embodying and communicating our core values to the public.
Content Creation & Management: Develop engaging and impactful digital content, including writing compelling blog articles, creating eye-catching promotional materials like flyers, and scheduling dynamic social media posts across various platforms to amplify our brand message.
Customer Engagement & Interaction: Proactively interact with the public both in-person and online. This includes answering customer inquiries, providing insightful information, and effectively managing and responding to customer feedback to ensure a positive brand experience.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and meticulously report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as brand awareness, customer engagement rates, sales figures, and competitive activities. Your insights will help inform strategic decisions.
Strategic Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to contribute to the development of innovative marketing strategies. You will gain a deep understanding of brand messaging and provide valuable, real-world insights gathered from customer interactions.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture strong, positive relationships with our diverse stakeholders, including customers, business partners, and vendors, to enhance brand loyalty and foster collaborative opportunities.
•  Ad-Hoc Support: Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to team success.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

Education & Experience: An Associate’s degree with a focus on marketing or sales is preferred, or equivalent practical experience demonstrating relevant skills and knowledge.
Availability: Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required for events and promotional activities.
Industry Comfort: Comfort and familiarity with working in an environment that involves alcoholic beverages.
Age Requirement: Must be 21 years of age or older (due to product nature).
Digital Fluency: A strong and active social media presence, coupled with demonstrable proficiency across various social media platforms.
Communication Excellence: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying messages clearly and engagingly.
Interpersonal Prowess: Exceptional interpersonal skills, characterized by a friendly, charismatic, and approachable personality that connects easily with diverse audiences.
Work Ethic: Proven ability to excel both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Organizational Acumen: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
Brand Passion: Genuine enthusiasm and passion for our brand and its diverse product portfolio.
Mobility: Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for travel to events and locations.
