About the New York Red Bulls

The New York Red Bulls (RBNY) are one of 30 teams in Major League Soccer (MLS), and one of the league’s ten charter clubs, competing since its founding in 1996. Home matches are played at Sport Illustrated Stadium (SIS) in Harrison, New Jersey. The club, three-time MLS Supporters’ Shield Winners, is owned by the Austrian beverage company Red Bull, after which the team is named. RBNY is also recognized for offering one of the nation’s premier youth soccer development programs, encompassing local soccer partnerships, Regional Development Schools, and Red Bulls Academy teams.

Purpose of this Internship

The Red Bull New York, Inc. Ticket Operations department is actively seeking motivated and collaborative candidates to fill the position of Box Office Intern. This role requires individuals who can work effectively with others and demonstrate self-motivation.

Note: Consistent availability on Monday, Tuesday, and/or Thursday, as well as game days, is preferred.

This is an unpaid, for-credit internship. Proof that you will receive college credit is required.

Key Qualifications and Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Currently enrolled in college; must be able to receive college credit.
  • Knowledge of and/or enthusiasm for soccer, the New York Red Bulls/MLS, and professional sports is a significant plus.
  • Attendance at all Sports Illustrated Stadium (SIS) events is strongly encouraged (events are generally held on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Evenings, with some weekday events).

Work Environment & Schedule

Due to the cyclical nature of the entertainment industry, assigned hours for this internship may vary to reflect our needs, and will include nights and weekends.
