BI & Data Analytics Internship at Molson Coors

This internship is part of Molson Coors’ Early Talent Program, a full-time summer program for undergraduate students. The program immerses interns in real-world problem-solving, industry insights, and social/educational opportunities with other interns.

The internship runs from:

• May 5th to August 8th (Canada interns)
• May 28th to August 8th (U.S. interns)

Housing assistance is available for eligible candidates.

Successful interns are considered for full-time positions upon graduation.

# Responsibilities:

• Data Collection and Cleaning: Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure quality and integrity.
• Data Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights using statistical and machine learning techniques.
• Model Development: Support the development, training, and evaluation of machine learning models for various applications.
• Visualization: Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
• Documentation: Document processes, methodologies, and code for reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
• Research: Conduct literature reviews and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science.
• Prototyping: Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to demonstrate new AI and data science ideas.

# Qualifications:

• Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in:
• Computer Science
• Mathematics
• Data Science
• STEM related degrees (also applicable)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Strong Python and SQL programming skills
• Experience developing machine learning models
• Understanding of Generative AI models and applications
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations
• Resilient to overcome obstacles
• Driven and demonstrates a bias for action
• Highly Collaborative

Preferred qualifications:

• Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Science
• Relevant work experience (internships, campus experience)
