What You’ll Actually Do
• Coordinate: Support all employee benefits enrollment activities.
• Maintain: Manage employee records and benefits documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Respond: Address employee questions regarding various benefits programs.
• Administer: Facilitate onboarding and benefits administration processes for new and existing employees.
• Report: Prepare administrative summaries and reports related to benefits processes.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level career with a high school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Interest in building a career in human resources, people operations, benefits administration, or employee support.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, HR, or other support roles.
• Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, excellent attention to detail and accuracy, basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Bonus: Prior administrative or office support experience, exposure to HR or employee services, experience with documentation and reporting, and familiarity with HR systems.
