Job Description:
Position Title: Behavioral Health Technician Intern
Location: Horsham or Villanova, PA
Schedule: 3+ Days/Week | 12+ Hours/Week | Flexible Hours

Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Behavioral Health Technician Intern to join our team for the Fall semester. This paid internship offers hands-on experience in a clinical setting, supporting both patients and providers in delivering innovative mental health services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Proctor Behavioral Testing: Assist with patient assessments and ensure testing protocols are followed.
• Conduct EEGs: Set up and monitor electroencephalogram procedures.
• Support TMS Sessions: Help facilitate Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation treatments, including patient prep and documentation.
• Assist with Spravato Treatments: Observe and support administration of Spravato (esketamine) therapy in a safe, structured environment.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive patient experience.

Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, Social Work, or a related field. Alternatively, candidates with a strong interest in behavioral or mental health are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to commit to a consistent schedule (minimum 12 hours/week).
• No prior clinical experience required—comprehensive training provided.
