Job Description:

Behavior Frontiers is seeking enthusiastic and passionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join their team. As a BT, you will play a crucial role in providing 1:1 ABA therapy to individuals with autism in various settings, including homes, schools, centers, and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy using research-based methods.
• Teach communication, play, social skills, and independence while reducing inappropriate behaviors.
• Collect and analyze data using proprietary electronic software.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other technicians to report progress and receive feedback.

Training:

• Access to a TOP TEN Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Training program in the U.S.
• Learn ABA methods such as discrete trial teaching (DTT), naturalistic teaching strategies (NATS), and verbal behavior (VB).

Qualifications:

• Energetic attitude and desire to help individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Some college credits or current enrollment.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Physical ability to perform job duties (with or without reasonable accommodations).
