What You’ll Actually Do
• Skill Builder: Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help children develop communication, social, and life skills.
• Session Leader: Deliver engaging and compassionate sessions in children’s homes, CSD centers, or community settings.
• Progress Driver: Implement personalized plans designed by clinical leaders, tracking and celebrating small wins that lead to significant growth.
• Life Changer: Directly impact children’s lives, fostering hope and relief for families as they witness progress and achieve milestones.

The Must-Haves
• Background: H.S. Diploma or GED; a genuine love for working with kids and a desire to make a difference.
• Experience: No prior experience needed; comprehensive training and support are provided every step of the way.
• Skills:
• Patience, energy, and optimism in every interaction with children.
• Comfort and willingness to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Ability to complete required training and maintain accurate documentation.
• Physical capability to frequently sit, stand, and keep pace with clients.
• Reliable transportation to various session locations.
• Bonus: Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated).
