Job Description:
This is a support role assisting the agency’s Beauty team based in both New York and Paris. Responsibilities include:
• Client Management: Supporting the management of the agency’s beauty clients, focusing on press and influencer relations. This involves significant communication with brand teams in the US.
• Inventory Management: Managing and organizing beauty product stock, including ordering and monitoring inventory levels.
• Influencer Relations: Building and maintaining relationships with influencers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the US market. This includes researching and proposing new influencer profiles for collaborations (both earned and paid media).
• Campaign Support: Supporting targeted seeding and gifting campaigns, handling preparation and distribution.
• Event Support: Participating in and supporting key beauty-related events in the US, acting as an extension of the Paris-based Beauty team (presentations, cocktail events, launch parties, etc.).
• Reporting & Analysis: Preparing press coverage reports, including quantitative and qualitative analysis, producing press reviews, and creating regular reports on campaign performance.
• Market Research: Monitoring the beauty sector, including customers, markets, competitors, industry tools, and digital solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate is a student, preferably with prior internship experience. They should possess:
• Passion for the beauty industry, demonstrated through engagement with beauty press and social media.
• Interest and experience in the fashion industry is a significant advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, proactiveness, a keen sense of priorities, and the ability to anticipate needs.
• Excellent communication skills, including proficient writing and attention to detail.
• Professional French language skills (a plus).
• Proficiency in computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop).
• Experience with Launchmetrics and Kolsquare software (an advantage).
• High motivation and a strong work ethic.
