Job Description: BCMA CB Intern Analyst NE

This is an intermediate-level position within Citi’s Corporate Banking team, focused on supporting major market clients in the Institutional Banking sector. The role involves leading the planning of investment strategies and solutions, working closely with the Institutional Banking team.

Key Objectives:

• Drive revenue: The role aims to increase revenue through cross-selling Citi’s diverse financial products and services.
• Efficient capital deployment: The intern will contribute to effectively allocating Citi’s capital while managing risk.
• Risk evaluation and management: The role involves assessing and managing potential risks associated with investment strategies and solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Investment strategy planning: Lead the development and implementation of investment strategies and solutions for clients.
• Financial analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including accounting analysis, cash flow modeling, and capital markets analysis.
• Risk and credit analysis: Complete fundamental risk and credit assessments to ensure responsible investment decisions.
• Liaison with product partners: Collaborate with colleagues across different Citi product teams to develop integrated solutions for clients.
• Client communication: Assist in presenting new ideas and solutions to clients, fostering strong client relationships.
• Deal structuring: Help structure and execute deals and transactions, ensuring compliance and alignment with client needs.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Academic background: Graduating between December 2025 and June 2026 with a preferred GPA of 3.5 or above.
• Passion for finance: A strong desire to learn and excel in the financial industry, with a global perspective on the future of banking.

Summer Analyst Program:

• Duration: 10 weeks, starting in June.

• Career progression: High-performing interns are often offered full-time positions as Analysts upon graduation.

Compensation: Annual salary of $110,000.
