What You’ll Actually Do
• Deliver quality products: Consistently prepare and present a full range of high-quality beverages, whole bean coffee, and food items, ensuring strict adherence to Starbucks’ recipe and presentation standards for every customer.
• Support store operations: Actively assist with crucial daily store procedures, including precise opening and closing routines, accurate cash handling, and diligent maintenance of safety and security protocols within the store environment.
• Collaborate with team: Work effectively alongside fellow partners, providing essential support and cooperation, especially during periods of high customer volume, to maintain seamless and efficient store operations.
• Deliver legendary service: Consistently provide legendary customer service by adopting a customer-first attitude, proactively anticipating needs, creating genuine connections, and building relationships through personalized interactions and familiarity with customer preferences.
• Maintain workspace: Diligently uphold a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the entire workspace, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for both customers and team members.

The Must-Haves
• Background: No prior experience required; candidates must demonstrate a genuine passion for customer service and a desire to bring joy to customers through authentic interactions.
• Experience: Not applicable; comprehensive training including coffee knowledge and access to Starbucks Global Academy is provided to support continuous self-development.
• Skills:
• Consistent adherence to established beverage and food preparation recipes and presentation standards, ensuring every product meets Starbucks’ quality expectations.
• Proficiency in fundamental store operational procedures, including accurate cash handling, thorough opening and closing routines, and vigilant adherence to safety and security protocols.
• Effective interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills to create genuine connections with customers and foster a welcoming community atmosphere.
• Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization across the entire workspace, contributing to a pleasant environment for customers and colleagues.
• Collaborative spirit and ability to support team members efficiently, especially during periods of high demand, to ensure smooth and continuous service delivery.
