What You’ll Actually Do
• Attendance: Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality throughout shifts.
• Operations: Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security.
• Customer Service: Engage with and understand customers, responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication.
• Beverage & Food Preparation: Prepare beverages and food items precisely according to standard recipes or customized customer requests, including changes to temperature, quantity, or ingredients.
• Store Tasks: Perform a variety of different tasks within the store during each shift to support operations.
