  • Collaborate closely with product and business teams to deeply understand customer feedback, directly translating insights into continuous product improvements.
  • Help establish and influence engineering processes, tools, and systems that are essential for scaling our codebase, enhancing productivity, and growing the team effectively.

What You’ll Need

  • Currently pursuing a B.S. (or higher) in Computer Science or a related technical field, with an expected graduation date between December 2026 – 2028.
  • A demonstrable track record of shipping high-quality products and features, or a compelling portfolio of personal side projects.
  • The innate ability to translate complex business and product ideas into robust engineering solutions.
  • A strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment, committed to continuous growth and mastering your craft.
  • Clear alignment with Ramp’s core values: enabling businesses to grow more by spending less.

  • Experience with or keen interest in Python.
  • A genuine passion for, or curiosity to learn, financial technology (FinTech).

Compensation

  • The monthly rate for this internship is $11,700 USD, complemented by a housing stipend.
