About the Job
AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a paid 4-month program that provides participants with the skills and experience necessary to succeed in a sales career at AT&T. The program includes instructor-led interactive training, as well as the opportunity to engage with real customers in the sales process. Participants will also learn how to use advanced technology to solve business problems and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications
• Desire to launch a career in sales
• Related experience with cold calling and/or sales major/certificate preferred
• Bachelor’s degree, Business-related major preferred
• Able to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills a plus
Benefits
• $4,500 sign-on bonus
• $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions yearly
