About the Job

AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a paid, 4-month program that provides training and development for individuals who are interested in a career in sales. The program is designed to help participants develop the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a sales role, including:

• Sales process and techniques
• Customer relationship management
• Product knowledge
• Negotiation skills

Participants in the program will have the opportunity to work with real customers and gain hands-on experience in the sales process. They will also receive mentorship and support from experienced sales professionals.

Qualifications

• Desire to launch a career in sales
• Related experience with cold calling and/or sales major/certificate preferred
• Bachelor’s degree, business-related major preferred
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills a plus
