Job Description

AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a paid 4-month program that provides participants with the skills and experience needed to succeed in a sales career at AT&T. The program includes instructor-led interactive training, as well as the opportunity to engage with real customers in the sales process.

Participants in the program will learn how to:

• Sell AT&T’s products and services
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Manage sales pipelines
• Close deals

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be placed in an outside sales role.

Requirements

• Desire to launch a career in sales
• Related experience with cold calling and/or sales major/certificate preferred
• Bachelor’s degree, Business-related major preferred
• Able to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills a plus
