About the Job
AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a 4-month paid program that provides new hires with the training and experience they need to launch a successful career in sales. The program is designed to help participants develop their sales skills, learn about AT&T’s products and services, and build relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
• Engage with real customers in the sales process from small business owners to multinational organizations.
• Work with advanced technology to solve business problems, provide excellent customer service and meet sales goals.
Qualifications
• Desire to launch a career in sales
• Related experience with cold calling and/or sales major/certificate preferred
• Bachelor’s degree, Business-related major preferred
• Able to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills a plus
Benefits
• $4,500 sign-on bonus
• $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions yearly when sales goals are met
