Job Description
AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a paid 4-month program designed to develop the next generation of sales leaders. As a member of the program, you will receive world-class training, gain hands-on experience, and have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced sales professionals.
Responsibilities
• Engage with real customers in the sales process
• Learn how to solve business problems and provide excellent customer service
• Develop your sales skills and knowledge
• Meet sales goals
• Prepare for a variety of sales roles within AT&T Business
Requirements
• Desire to launch a career in sales
• Related experience with cold calling and/or sales major/certificate preferred
• Bachelor’s degree, Business-related major preferred
• Able to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills a plus
Benefits
• $4,500 sign-on bonus
• $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions yearly
