About the Job

The B2B Sales Development Program at AT&T is a paid 4-month program designed to prepare you for a successful career in sales. You will receive instructor-led interactive training and the opportunity to engage with real customers, helping you to grow your sales experience and hone your skillset.

Responsibilities:

• Work with advanced technology to solve business problems
• Provide excellent customer service
• Meet sales goals
• Engage with real customers from small business owners to multinational organizations

Qualifications:

• Desire to launch a career in sales
• Related experience with cold calling and/or sales major/certificate preferred
• Bachelor’s degree, Business-related major preferred
• Able to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills a plus

• $4,500 sign-on bonus
• $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions yearly
