Job Description
AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a paid, 4-month program designed to train and develop aspiring sales professionals. Participants in the program will receive instructor-led interactive training and will have the opportunity to engage with real customers in the sales process. The program is designed to help participants grow their sales experience, hone their skills, and prepare them for a variety of sales roles within AT&T Business.
Responsibilities
• Engage with real customers in the sales process
• Learn how to sell AT&T’s products and services
• Develop a strong understanding of AT&T’s sales process
• Build relationships with potential and existing customers
• Meet and exceed sales goals
Qualifications
• Desire to launch a career in sales
• Related experience with cold calling and/or sales major/certificate preferred
• Bachelor’s degree, Business-related major preferred
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills a plus

• $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions yearly
