Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
This is a paid, 4-month sales development program designed to launch a career in B2B sales at AT&T. The program provides comprehensive training, including instructor-led interactive sessions and real-world experience engaging with customers ranging from small business owners to multinational corporations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participating in a structured, 4-month training program.
• Engaging in the full sales process with real customers.
• Utilizing advanced technology to solve business problems.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Meeting sales goals.
• Learning to secure new business and manage existing accounts.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Stipend: $1,000 monthly during the program.
• Graduation Bonus: $2,000 upon successful completion.
• Relocation Bonuses: Available in certain circumstances.
• Base Salary: $57,000 for months 1 and 2; $48,300 for months 3 and 4.
• Commission: Potential to earn $17,000 annually in commissions (months 3 and 4) upon meeting sales goals. (Effective February 1, 2025)

Program Outcomes:
Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be placed in an outside sales role within AT&T Business. Geographic location preference can be selected during the application process, but placement depends on market availability. A placement map is available on the AT&T website.
Qualifications:
• Strong desire to launch a sales career.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or a sales major/certificate is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (business-related major preferred).
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
