Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a paid, four-month program designed to launch sales careers. The program offers comprehensive training, including instructor-led interactive sessions and real-world customer engagement. Participants will gain experience working with small businesses and multinational organizations, developing their sales skills and leveraging advanced technology to solve business problems and meet sales goals.
Key Program Features:
• Compensation: A monthly stipend of $1,000 during the program, plus a $2,000 graduation bonus. A base salary of $57,000 for months 1 and 2, transitioning to a $48,300 base salary plus commission opportunity (up to $17,000 annually) in months 3 and 4. Relocation bonuses may be available.
• Training: Instructor-led interactive training and hands-on experience working with real clients.
• Experience: Exposure to various aspects of B2B sales, including new business acquisition and managing existing accounts.
• Career Path: Successful completion leads to a placement in an outside sales role within AT&T Business.
• Geographic Preference: Applicants can select a geographic preference from a list of available markets (see placement map on website). Placement within the chosen market is subject to availability.
• Program Goal: To develop top sales performers equipped with the skills and connections to thrive in a competitive environment.

Qualifications:
• Strong desire to launch a career in sales.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or sales major/certificate preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree, Business-related major preferred.
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
