Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a paid, 4-month program designed to launch a sales career. The program provides comprehensive training, including instructor-led interactive sessions and real-world experience engaging with customers ranging from small businesses to multinational organizations.
Program Highlights:
• Monthly Stipend: $1,000 during the program.
• Graduation Bonus: $2,000 upon successful completion.
• Relocation Bonuses: Available in certain circumstances.
• Compensation: A base salary of $57,000 for months 1 and 2; $48,300 for months 3 and 4, plus the opportunity to earn $17,000 yearly in commissions (starting in months 3 and 4) when sales goals are met. (Effective February 1, 2025).
• Training: Instructor-led interactive training, real customer engagement, and advanced technology utilization.
• Career Development: Develop sales skills, learn to secure and manage new and existing business, and prepare for various sales roles within AT&T Business. Upon successful completion, placement in an outside sales role.
• Geographic Preference: Applicants can select a preferred geographic market from a list; placement will be based on availability (refer to the placement map on the website).
Responsibilities:
• Working with advanced technology to solve business problems.

• Managing existing business customers.
Requirements:
• Desire to launch a career in sales.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or sales major/certificate preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree, Business-related major preferred.
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
