Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
This is a paid, 4-month sales development program designed to launch careers in B2B sales within AT&T Business. The program provides comprehensive training, including instructor-led interactive sessions and real-world experience engaging with customers ranging from small businesses to multinational organizations.
Key Responsibilities and Training:
• Learn to use advanced technology to solve business problems.
• Develop excellent customer service skills.
• Achieve sales goals.
• Gain experience in securing new business and managing existing accounts.
• Receive training to prepare for various sales roles within AT&T Business.
Program Compensation and Benefits:
• Monthly Stipend: $1,000 for the duration of the program.
• Graduation Bonus: $2,000 upon successful completion.
• Relocation Bonuses: May be available in certain circumstances.
• Base Salary: $57,000 for months 1 and 2; $48,300 for months 3 and 4 (with the opportunity to earn $17,000 in commissions annually by meeting sales goals).

Post-Program Placement:
Successful completion of the program leads to placement in an outside sales role within AT&T Business. Participants can select a geographic preference from a list of available markets (see placement map on the company website) but placement is based on availability.
Qualifications:
• Strong Desire for a Sales Career: A genuine passion for sales is essential.
• Related Experience (Preferred): Experience with cold calling and/or a sales major/certificate.
• Education (Preferred): Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related field.
• Relocation: Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual Skills (Plus): A plus but not required.
• Valid Driver’s License: Required.
