Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a paid, 4-month program designed to launch careers in sales. Participants receive comprehensive training, including instructor-led interactive sessions and real-world sales experience engaging with a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to multinational corporations.
Program Highlights:
• Monthly Stipend: $1,000
• Graduation Bonus: $2,000
• Potential Relocation Bonuses: Available in certain circumstances.
• Comprehensive Training: Instructor-led interactive training focusing on sales techniques and utilizing advanced technology to solve business problems.
• Real-World Experience: Hands-on experience engaging with real clients and contributing to sales goals.

• Geographic Preference: Applicants can select a preferred geographic market (subject to availability – refer to the placement map on the AT&T website).
• Compensation Change (Effective February 1, 2025): The program’s compensation structure is changing. Months 1 & 2 offer a base salary of $57,000. Months 3 & 4 will involve a base salary of $48,300 plus the opportunity to earn $17,000 annually in commissions by meeting sales goals.
Responsibilities:
• Utilizing advanced technology to solve client business problems.
• Providing excellent customer service.

• Securing new business and managing existing accounts.
• Learning various sales roles within AT&T Business.
Qualifications:
• Strong Desire for a Sales Career: Essential.
• Related Experience: Cold calling and/or sales major/certificate preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related field.
• Relocation: Ability to relocate within the U.S. is required.
• Bilingual Skills: A plus.
• Valid Driver’s License: Required.
