Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a paid, 4-month program designed to launch sales careers. Participants receive comprehensive training, including instructor-led sessions and hands-on experience engaging with real customers, ranging from small businesses to multinational organizations.
Program Highlights:
• Stipend: $1,000 monthly stipend during the program.
• Graduation Bonus: $2,000 bonus upon successful completion.

• Training: Instructor-led interactive training focusing on sales skills and the use of advanced technology to solve business problems.

Compensation:
• Months 1 & 2: Base salary of $57,000.
• Months 3 & 4: Base salary of $48,300 + commission opportunity (potential to earn $17,000 annually if sales goals are met).

Qualifications:
• Strong desire to launch a career in sales.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or a sales major/certificate is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (business-related major preferred).
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
