Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a paid, 4-month program designed to launch sales careers. The program offers:
• Comprehensive Training: Instructor-led, interactive training covering various aspects of the sales process.
• Real-World Experience: Participants engage with real customers, ranging from small businesses to multinational organizations. This allows for practical application of learned skills.
• Advanced Technology: Program utilizes advanced technologies to solve business problems and improve customer service.
• Competitive Environment: The program provides tools and networking opportunities to help participants become top sales performers.
• Diverse Challenges: Participants will learn to secure new business and manage existing customer accounts.
• Career Progression: Successful completion leads to a placement in an outside sales role within AT&T Business.
• Geographic Preference: Applicants can select a preferred geographic market (see placement map on the website for available markets). Placement is based on availability within the selected market.
• Financial Incentives: A $1,000 monthly stipend during the program, a $2,000 graduation bonus, and potential relocation bonuses (depending on circumstances). Starting February 1, 2025, the compensation model changes to a base salary plus commission structure:
• Months 1 & 2: $57,000 base salary.
• Months 3 & 4: $48,300 base salary + opportunity to earn $17,000 in yearly commissions by meeting sales goals.
Program Requirements:
• Strong desire to launch a sales career.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or sales major/certificate preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related field.
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
