Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a paid, 4-month program designed to equip participants with the skills and experience needed for a successful career in B2B sales. The program offers a $4,500 sign-on bonus, with potential for additional relocation bonuses and a monthly housing stipend (depending on circumstances).

Responsibilities:
• Working with advanced technology to solve business problems.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Meeting sales goals.

• Managing existing business customers.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Salary: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions (upon meeting sales goals).
• Sign-on Bonus: $4,500.
• Potential Bonuses: Relocation bonuses and monthly housing stipends (conditions apply).

Qualifications:
• Desire to launch a career in sales.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or sales major/certificate (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree, business-related major (preferred).
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills (a plus).
• Valid driver’s license.
