Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program

This is a paid, 4-month sales development program designed to launch a career in B2B sales at AT&T. The program offers comprehensive, instructor-led training, allowing participants to engage with real customers (from small businesses to multinational organizations). Participants will:

• Gain hands-on sales experience: Work with advanced technology to solve business problems, provide excellent customer service, and meet sales goals.
• Develop key sales skills: Hone skills in securing new business, managing existing accounts, and navigating a competitive sales environment.
• Receive mentorship and support: Access to tools and connections to help become a top sales performer.
• Guaranteed placement: Upon successful completion, participants are placed in an outside sales role within AT&T Business. Geographic preference can be selected from a list of available markets (see placement map on the website).

Program Details:

• Compensation: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions yearly (when sales goals are met) + $4,500 sign-on bonus. Relocation bonuses and monthly housing stipends may also be available.
• Training: Instructor-led interactive training.
• Duration: 4 months.
• Location: Multiple locations available across the U.S. (select your preferred market during application).
• Post-Program Role: Outside sales role within AT&T Business.

Qualifications:

• Desire to launch a career in sales.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or sales major/certificate preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree, Business-related major preferred.
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
