Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
This is a paid, 4-month sales development program designed to launch a successful career in B2B sales at AT&T. The program offers instructor-led interactive training and hands-on experience engaging real customers, ranging from small business owners to multinational organizations. Participants will:
• Gain experience in the full sales process.
• Utilize advanced technology to solve business problems.
• Develop excellent customer service skills.
• Meet sales goals and thrive in a competitive environment.
• Learn to secure new business and manage existing accounts.
Program Details:
• Compensation: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions (when sales goals are met). A $4,500 sign-on bonus is also offered, with potential for relocation bonuses and monthly housing stipends.
• Training: The program provides comprehensive training to hone sales skills and prepare participants for various sales roles within AT&T Business.
• Placement: After successful completion, participants will be placed in an outside sales role. Geographic preference can be selected from a list of available markets (see placement map on the website).
• Requirements: A desire to launch a sales career; related experience with cold calling or a sales major/certificate is preferred, but not required. A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is preferred, relocation within the U.S. is required, bilingual skills are a plus, and a valid driver’s license is necessary.

Location: While the job posting lists Dallas, Texas, the program allows for geographic preference selection within available markets.
