Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a paid, 4-month program designed to develop sales professionals. This best-in-class program offers a $4,500 sign-on bonus, with potential for relocation bonuses and a monthly housing stipend in certain circumstances.
Program Details:
• Training: The program features instructor-led, interactive training.
• Real-World Experience: Participants engage with real customers, from small business owners to multinational organizations, gaining practical sales experience.
• Technology Focus: Participants work with advanced technology to solve business problems and provide excellent customer service.

• Diverse Challenges: Participants will learn to secure new business and manage existing accounts.

• Geographic Preference: Applicants can select a preferred geographic market (see placement map on the website for available markets). Placement within that market will be based on availability.
Responsibilities:
• Learn and apply advanced sales techniques.
• Work with advanced technology to solve business problems.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Meet sales goals.
• Secure new business.
• Manage existing business customers.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Salary: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions yearly (when sales goals are met).

Qualifications:
• Desire to launch a career in sales.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or sales major/certificate preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (business-related major preferred).
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
