Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a paid, 4-month program designed to develop sales professionals. The program offers comprehensive training, including instructor-led interactive sessions and real-world customer engagement opportunities. Participants will work with small businesses and multinational organizations, gaining experience in various aspects of sales, from lead generation to account management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in a structured, instructor-led training program.
• Engage with real customers, handling diverse accounts.
• Utilize advanced technology to solve business problems and meet sales goals.
• Develop skills in new business acquisition and existing account management.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Contribute to a competitive sales environment.
Program Outcomes:
Upon successful completion, participants will be placed in an outside sales role within AT&T Business. Geographic preference can be selected from a list of available markets (see placement map on the company website).
Compensation and Benefits:
• $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions (upon meeting sales goals)
• $4,500 sign-on bonus

Qualifications:
• Desire to launch a career in sales
• Related experience with cold calling and/or sales major/certificate (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree, Business-related major (preferred)
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills (a plus)
• Valid driver’s license
