Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
This is a paid, 4-month sales development program at AT&T focused on Business-to-Business (B2B) sales. The program offers a comprehensive training experience designed to equip participants with the skills and experience needed for a successful sales career.
Program Highlights:
• $4,500 Sign-on Bonus: All participants receive a significant upfront bonus.

Responsibilities:
• Utilizing advanced technology to solve business problems.

Compensation and Benefits:
• Salary: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions (when sales goals are met).

Qualifications:
• Strong desire to launch a career in sales.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or a sales major/certificate is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (business-related major preferred).
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
