Description: B2B Sales Development Program
This is a paid, 4-month sales development program designed to launch a career in B2B sales within AT&T Business. The program offers instructor-led, interactive training and provides participants with the opportunity to engage with real customers, ranging from small business owners to multinational organizations. This hands-on experience allows participants to build sales skills and experience, working with advanced technology to solve business problems and meet sales goals.
Key Program Features:
• Competitive Environment: The program equips participants with the tools and connections to become top sales performers.
• Diverse Challenges: Participants learn to handle various aspects of sales, including securing new business and managing existing accounts.
• Career Progression: Successful completion leads to placement in an outside sales role within AT&T Business.
• Geographic Preference: Applicants can select a geographic preference (from a list of available markets, see placement map on website) for their placement after the program.
• Compensation: A $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions yearly (upon meeting sales goals) is offered, along with a $4,500 sign-on bonus. Relocation bonuses and a monthly housing stipend may be available in certain circumstances.

Currently pursuings:
• Desire to launch a career in sales.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or sales major/certificate preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree, Business-related major preferred.
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
