Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
AT&T offers a 4-month paid sales development program designed to launch careers in B2B sales. This program provides comprehensive training and real-world experience.
Program Details:
• Compensation: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in potential commissions annually (upon meeting sales goals). A $4,500 sign-on bonus is included. Relocation bonuses and monthly housing stipends may also be available in certain circumstances.
• Training: Instructor-led interactive training and engagement with real customers, ranging from small business owners to multinational organizations.
• Experience: Hands-on experience using advanced technology to solve business problems, provide excellent customer service, and achieve sales goals. Opportunities to secure new business and manage existing accounts.
• Career Progression: After successful completion, participants are placed in an outside sales role within AT&T Business. Geographic preference can be selected from a list of available markets (see placement map on the website).
• Skills Developed: The program hones sales skills, prepares participants for various sales roles, and provides access to tools and resources to become a top sales performer.
Job Requirements:
• Desire to launch a career in sales.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or a sales major/certificate is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (Business-related major preferred).
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
