Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a paid, 4-month program designed to launch sales careers. The program offers comprehensive training and real-world experience.
Key Features:
• $4,500 Sign-on Bonus: All participants receive this bonus.
• Potential Relocation & Housing Stipends: Available in certain circumstances.
• Instructor-Led Training: Interactive training sessions are provided.
• Real-World Experience: Participants engage with real customers, ranging from small businesses to multinational organizations.
• Skill Development: The program focuses on honing sales skills, using advanced technology to solve business problems, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales goals.
• Competitive Environment: The program provides the tools and connections to become a top sales performer.
• Diverse Challenges: Participants will handle tasks such as securing new business and managing existing accounts.
• Career Advancement: Successful completion leads to a placement in an outside sales role within AT&T Business.
• Geographic Preference: Applicants can select a preferred geographic market (subject to availability; see placement map on the website).
• Compensation: A base salary of $57,000 + $23,000 in potential yearly commissions (upon meeting sales goals).
Program Requirements & Qualifications:
• Strong desire to launch a sales career.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or sales major/certificate is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (business-related major preferred).
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
