Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a paid, 4-month program designed to launch careers in B2B sales. The program offers comprehensive training and real-world experience, allowing participants to work with actual clients ranging from small businesses to multinational corporations.
Program Details:
• Compensation: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions yearly (upon meeting sales goals). A $4,500 sign-on bonus is included. Relocation bonuses and a monthly housing stipend may also be available depending on circumstances.
• Training: Instructor-led interactive training is provided, focusing on developing sales skills and experience using advanced technology to solve business problems.
• Experience: Participants will engage in the full sales process, from securing new business to managing existing accounts. This includes utilizing advanced technology and providing excellent customer service.
• Career Progression: Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be placed in an outside sales role within AT&T Business.
• Location: While the job posting lists Dallas, Texas, applicants can select a geographic preference from a list of available markets (specific markets are listed on the company website’s placement map). Placement within a chosen market will depend on availability.
• Program Goals: The program aims to develop top sales performers capable of handling a variety of challenges and sales roles.

Qualifications:
