Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
AT&T offers a paid, 4-month B2B Sales Development Program designed to launch sales careers. This program provides comprehensive training and real-world experience.
Program Details:
• Compensation: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions (upon meeting sales goals) + $4,500 sign-on bonus. Relocation bonuses and monthly housing stipends may also be available.
• Training: Instructor-led interactive training.
• Experience: Hands-on experience engaging real customers, ranging from small business owners to multinational organizations.
• Skill Development: Focus on improving sales skills, utilizing advanced technology to solve business problems, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales goals.
• Career Progression: Successful completion leads to an outside sales role within AT&T Business. Geographic preference can be selected from a list of available markets (see placement map on website).
• Responsibilities: Securing new business and managing existing business customers.
• Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week
• Time Type: Regular
Qualifications:
• Strong desire to launch a career in sales.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or a sales major/certificate is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (business-related major preferred).
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
