Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a paid, 4-month program designed to launch careers in sales. It offers a comprehensive training experience, including instructor-led interactive training and hands-on experience engaging with real customers, ranging from small business owners to multinational organizations.
Program Highlights:
• Sign-on Bonus: $4,500
• Potential Bonuses: Relocation and monthly housing stipends (depending on circumstances)

• Geographic Preference: Applicants can select a geographic preference from a list of available markets (see placement map on the website). Placement within the selected market depends on availability.
• Compensation: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions yearly (when sales goals are met).
Responsibilities:
• Work with advanced technology to solve business problems.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Meet sales goals.
• Secure new business and manage existing business customers.
Requirements:
• Desire to launch a career in sales
• Related experience with cold calling and/or sales major/certificate preferred
• Bachelor’s degree, Business-related major preferred
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills a plus
• Valid driver’s license
