Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
This is a paid, 4-month sales development program designed to launch a career in B2B sales at AT&T. The program offers comprehensive training and real-world experience working with diverse clients, ranging from small businesses to multinational organizations.

Compensation and Benefits:
• Salary & Commission: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions (upon meeting sales goals).

Qualifications:
• Desire to launch a career in sales.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or a sales major/certificate is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (business-related major preferred).
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
