Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
AT&T offers a paid, 4-month B2B Sales Development Program designed to launch successful sales careers. This program includes:
• $4,500 sign-on bonus. Additional relocation bonuses and monthly housing stipends may be available depending on circumstances.
• Instructor-led interactive training: Provides comprehensive sales skills development.
• Real-world experience: Participants engage with real customers, ranging from small business owners to multinational organizations, gaining practical sales experience.
• Advanced technology utilization: Program participants will utilize cutting-edge technology to solve business problems and meet sales goals.
• Competitive environment: The program provides the tools and connections needed to excel as a top sales performer.
• Diverse challenges: Participants will handle various tasks including securing new business and managing existing customer accounts.
• Career progression: Upon successful completion, participants will be placed in an outside sales role within AT&T Business. Geographic preference can be selected from a list of available markets (refer to the placement map on the website for details).
Program Requirements and Compensation:
• Compensation: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions yearly (upon meeting sales goals).
• Desired Skills & Qualifications: A strong desire to launch a sales career; related experience with cold calling or a sales major/certificate is preferred. A Bachelor’s degree (business-related major preferred) is preferred. Relocation within the U.S. is required. Bilingual skills and a valid driver’s license are considered a plus.
