Description: B2B Sales Development Program
AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a paid, 4-month program designed to launch sales careers. It’s a best-in-class program offering a $4,500 sign-on bonus, with potential for additional relocation bonuses and a monthly housing stipend in certain circumstances.
Program Highlights:
• Instructor-led training: Interactive training will equip participants with the necessary sales skills.
• Real-world experience: Participants will engage with real customers, from small businesses to multinational organizations, gaining practical sales experience.
• Advanced technology: Participants will use advanced technology to solve business problems and meet sales goals.
• Competitive environment: The program provides the tools and connections to excel as a sales performer.
• Diverse challenges: Participants will learn to handle various tasks, including securing new business and managing existing clients.
• Career progression: Upon successful completion, participants will be placed in an outside sales role within AT&T Business.
• Geographic preference: Applicants can select a preferred geographic market (subject to availability; see placement map on website).
Compensation and Benefits:
• Stipend: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions yearly (when sales goals are met)

Currently pursuings:
• Strong desire to launch a sales career.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or sales major/certificate is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (Business-related major preferred).
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
Location: Dallas, Texas (though placement after the program may be in other locations based on applicant preference and availability).
