Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a paid, 4-month program designed to launch careers in B2B sales. The program offers a comprehensive training experience, combining instructor-led interactive training with hands-on experience engaging real customers, ranging from small business owners to multinational organizations. Participants will develop their sales skills, learn to utilize advanced technology to solve business problems, and provide excellent customer service while working towards sales goals.
Program Highlights:
• $4,500 Sign-on Bonus: All participants receive a substantial sign-on bonus.
• Potential Relocation & Housing Stipends: Depending on circumstances, relocation assistance and monthly housing stipends may be available.

Responsibilities:
The program will prepare participants for a variety of sales roles, encompassing aspects such as:
• Working with advanced technology to solve business problems.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Securing new business accounts.
• Managing existing business customer relationships.
Qualifications:
• Desire to launch a career in sales is essential.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or a sales major/certificate is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree (business-related major preferred) is preferred.
• Ability to relocate within the U.S. is required.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• A valid driver’s license is necessary.
