About the Job:
AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a paid, 4-month program designed to equip you with the skills and experience necessary to thrive in a sales career. You’ll receive:

Upon successful completion of the program, you’ll be placed in an outside sales role within AT&T Business. You’ll have the opportunity to choose your geographic preference from a list of available markets.

Compensation and Benefits:
• Base salary: $57,000 per year
• Commissions: $23,000 per year (when sales goals are met)
• Sign-on bonus: $4,500
• Relocation bonuses: May be available in certain circumstances.
